   COUNTIES...

...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH TONIGHT FOR CENTRAL TEXAS...

...A FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH TONIGHT FOR SOUTH
   CENTRAL TEXAS...

AT 709 PM CST WACO WEATHER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE SCATTERED SHOWERS
ACROSS MUCH OF CENTRAL TEXAS. ELSEWHERE A LINE OF STRONG TO VERY STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM JUST WEST OF FORT WORTH TO JUST WEST OF
BROWNWOOD. MOVEMENT OF ALL PRECIPITATION WAS NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.

AS AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS THE STATE AND INTERACTS WITH THE
MOIST AND UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO <
DEVELOP. THESE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS...
STRONG GUSTY WINDS...HAIL AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.  TORNADOES ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE WITH THIS SITUATION. WITH THE GROUND AT OR NEAR SATURATION
FLASH FLOODING IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

DEVELOPING ACROSS MUCH OF CENTRAL TEXAS.  ELSEWHERE...A LINE OF STRONG TO VERY
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM JUST WEST OF FORT WORTH...TO GOLDTHWAIT...
TO JUST WEST OF AUSTIN.    MOVEMENT OF ALL PRECIPITATION WAS TO THE NORTHEAST
AT 25 MPH.

WHILE SEVERE WEATHER WAS NOT NOTED ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHCENTRAL TEXAS...<
THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEVERE WEATHER ACROSS THE
REGION TONIGHT.  THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS TO THE WEST OF CENTRAL TEXAS WILL
BE AFFECTING THE WESTERN PARTS OF BELL...BOSQUE AND CORYELL COUNTIES AT
AROUND 1000 PM.

RESIDENTS OF CENTRAL TEXAS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR VERY HEAVY RAINS...
STRONG GUSTY WINDS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND HAIL.  DUE TO FAVORBLE
ATMOSPHERIC DYNAMICS...TORNADO DEVELOPMENT IS POSSIBLE.  ALSO...WITH THE
