AT 405 PM...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAD RAPIDLY DEVELOPED OVER WESTERN
BARNES COUNTY...15 MILES WEST OF VALLEY CITY. VERY HEAVY RAINS...GUSTY
WINDS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...AND HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.

MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.

PERSONS IN BARNES COUNTY...AND ESPECIALLY THE COMMUNITY OF VALLEY CITY
