IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...PEMBINA COUNTY...EASTERN WALSH COUNTY AT 435 PM CDT GOLFBALL SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED IN THE CITY OF CAVALIER NORTH DAKOTA IN PEMBINA COUNTY. RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR CAVALIER MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 TO 45 MILES AN HOUR. THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ST. THOMAS...DRAYTON AND GRAFTON. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
