NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AUSTIN TX 352 PM CDT WED MAY 27 1992 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 445 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...SOUTHERN LLANO COUNTY AT 350 PM..RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM SOUTH OF OXFORD IN LLANO COUNTY MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM WILL CONTAIN VERY LARGE HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTjNING. PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER...
