THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING ISSUED EARLIER UNTIL 900 AM CDT
THIS MORNING FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
 
   ...BEXAR COUNTY
 
ALTHOUGH HEAVY RAINFALL ENDED NEAR 500 AM THIS MORNING OVER BEXAR
COUNTY...RUNOFF HAS CONTINUED ACROSS THE AREA...WITH LOW WATER
CROSSINGS FLOODED COUNTY-WIDE. WITH FLOODING OF THE SAN ANTONIO RIVER
FROM LOOP 410 TO ITS CONFLUENCE WITH THE MEDINA RIVER...AND WITH
CREEKS ACROSS THE AREA RUNNING FULL...ALL WATER WILL BE VERY SLOW TO
DRAIN.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
IMMEDIATELY TO HIGHER GROUND.
