000 TTAA00 KTOL 230153 SVRTOL OHC143-230300- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TOLEDO OH 853 PM EST SUN NOV 22 1992 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOLEDO HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO ...SANDUSKY COUNTY AT 850 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTH CENTRAL SANDUSKY COUNTY...ABOUT 7 MILES SOOUTH OF FREMONT. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. THE STORM WILL MOVE TO 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF FREMONT BY 915 PM. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. PUTNAM...HANCOCK...WYANDOT...AND SENECA COUNTIES. A FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NORTHWEST OHIO TONIGHT. AT 720 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM WILLIAMS COUNTY IN EXTREME NORTHWEST OHIO TO PUTNAM COUNTY. AT 705 PM A WEATHER OBSERVER IN BRYAN IN SOUTH CENTRAL WILLIAMS COUNTY REPORTED PEA-SIZED HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 35 MILES AN HOUR. THE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. BY 815 PM THE STORMS WILL EXTEND FROM CENTRAL FULTON COUNTY TO NEAR FINDLAY OHIO.
