A VERY UNSTABLE AIRMASS...A WEAK COLD FRONT...AND A MINOR UPPER LEVEL IMPULSE WILL MAKE CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THUNDERSTORMS. ALTHOUGH ALL COUNTIES IN THE PANHANDLES RUN THE RISK OF HAVING THUNDERSTORMS...THE COUNTIES IN THE EASTERN HALVES HAVE THE HIGHEST RISK. LARGE HAIL...STRONG WINDS...AND HEAVY RAIN ARE THE MAIN THREAT FROM THE STORMS.
