SOUTHERN CURRY COUNTY..NEAR CLOVIS. QUARTER TO FIFTY CENT SIZE HAIL
WAS REPORTED WITH THIS STORM AT 256 PM MDT. LITTLE MOVEMENT WAS
INDICATED.

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE TEXAS AND
OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

A VERY UNSTABLE AIRMASS...A WEAK COLD FRONT...AND A MINOR UPPER LEVEL
IMPULSE WILL MAKE CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
THUNDERSTORMS.  ALTHOUGH ALL COUNTIES IN THE PANHANDLES RUN THE RISK OF
HAVING THUNDERSTORMS...THE COUNTIES IN THE EASTERN HALVES HAVE THE
HIGHEST RISK.

LARGE HAIL...STRONG WINDS...AND HEAVY RAIN ARE THE MAIN THREAT FROM THE
STORMS.

SPOTTERS...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL...AND LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES
SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR POSSIBLE ACTIVATION THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
