000 TTAA00 KALB 252131 FFWALB NYC095-260030- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ALBANY NY 530 PM EDT TUE AUG 25 1992 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBANY NY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AND FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN EAST NEW YORK ...SCHOHARIE COUNTY AT 525 PM THERE WAS A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST ENTERING SCHOHARIE COUNTY ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THE VILLAGE OF COBLESKILL. THIS THUNDERSTORM...AND OTHERS IN SCHOHARIE COUNTY ARE LIKELY TO CAUSE SOME FLOODING AS THEY CROSS SCHOHARIE COUNTY. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 630 PM THIS EVENING. THE FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 830 PM THIS EVENING. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A STRONG BUILDING. DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN... SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 6:00 PM ACROSS EASTERN NEW YORK AND NEW ENGLAND. ONE STORM...BETWEEN WATERFORD AND CLIFTON PARK IN SARATOGA COUNTY...
