ODESSA...NEAR MERTZON...NEAR BRONTE...AND NORTHEAST OF ANDREWS. OTHER
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS AND RAINSHOWERS STRETCHED FROM NEAR BLEDSOE TO
NEAR WELCH TO NEAR ROTAN AND REACHED AS FAR SOUTH AS OZONA.
