IN NORTHWEST TEXAS ...BORDEN COUNTY AT 747 PM CST...RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN EXTREME SOUTHERN BORDEN COUNTY. MOVEMENT OF THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS NORTH 25 MILES AN HOUR.
