000 TTAA00 KLBF 190327 TORLBF NEC111-190415- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NORTH PLATTE NE 1026 PM CDT TUE JUN 18 1991 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTH PLATTE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA ...EASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY AT 1022 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO LOCATED 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE. THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. PERSONS AT LAKE MALONEY AND IN THE CITY OF NORTH PLATTE TAKE COVER NOW!! THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED FROM ASHBY TO 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF KEYSTONE...OR FROM 35 MILES WEST NORTHWEST TO 75 MILES NORTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE. THE STRONGEST STORM WAS LOCATED 30 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE IN SOUTHWESTERN MCPHERSON COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
