AT 315 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED AN ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORM IN SOUTHERN ZAVALA COUNTY...10 MILES TO THE NORTHWEST OF
CRYSTAL CITY.  MOVEMENT WAS TO THE SOUTH AT A VERY SLOW RATE OF SPEED.

IN ADDITION TO LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...RESIDENTS IN THE PATH OF THE
STORM IN SOUTHERN ZAVALA AND NORTHERN DIMMIT COUNTIES MAY EXPERIENCE
SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WIND AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING AS THE STORM PASSES.
