NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DUBUQUE IA
644 PM CDT FRI JUN 14 1991

...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH UNTIL 1000 PM CDT...

AT 640 PM CDT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURRING OVER NORTHERN CLAYTON
COUNTY.  THESE STORMS WERE PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL...AND WIND
GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT
30 MPH.

WITH THE LARGE AMOUNTS OF RAIN THAT HAVE FALLEN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF
TIME...SOME FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS MAY BE OCCURRING.  DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO CROSS A STREAM THAT IS FLOWING OVER A ROAD.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP TO THE WEST OF CLAYTON
COUNTY...THEREFORE THE THREAT FOR ADDITIONAL FLOODIN'G WILL CONTINUE
UNTIL THE STORMS PASS.

IF THREATENING WEATHER OR FLOOD WATERS APPROACH YOUR AREA BE PREPARED TO
