AT 655 PM...THE STRONGEST STORM WAS JUST NORTHWEST OF PINE BLUFFS OR SOME 35 MILES EAST OF CHEYENNE. ANOTHER STRONG STORM WAS ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TORRINGTON...IN SOUTHERN GOSHEN COUNTY.
