STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING ACROSS COLUMBIANA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST
OHIO THIS AFTERNOON.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR MAHONING AND COLUMBIANA
COUNTIES UNTIL 1000 PM EDT.

AT 535 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHING
FROM THE WESTERN COLUMBIANA COUNTY BORDER TO SOUTH OF LISBON. THESE
STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN...STRONG GUSTY
WINDS...SMALL HAIL AND LIGHTNING. LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO AND
LOCAL MEDIA FOR FURTHER UPDATES.
