IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA ...WARREN COUNTY AT 410 AM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO NORTHWESTERN WARREN COUNTY JUST TO THE EAST OF CORRY. TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE YOUNGSVILLE AND WARREN. THE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS. DON'T USE TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED. MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
