THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      NORTHERN RICE...NORTHWEST MCPHERSON

AT 550 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE POLICE 40 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF SALINA NEAR BUSHTON AND ANOTHER ONE NEAR GENESEO.
THESE TORNADOS WERE MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL BE NEAR
MARQUETTE  BY   605 PM CDT.

THIS TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND AND CAUSING DAMAGE.  ALL PEOPLE
NEAR THIS DANGEROUS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  FIND
SHELTER BELOW GROUND LEVEL...IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
