THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 845 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      CLOUD

AT 756 PM CST A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND BY THE PUBLIC
3 MILES SOUTH OF CONCORDIA NEAR HUSCHER.  THIS TORNADO WAS
MOVING TOWARD CONCORDIA.

THIS TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND AND CAUSING DAMAGE.  ALL PEOPLE
NEAR THIS DANGEROUS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  FIND
SHELTER BELOW GROUND LEVEL...IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.i  TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  GET TO AN
UNDERGROUND SHELTER IF POSSIBLE.  DON'T HESITATE...A FEW SECONDS
MIGHT SAVE YOUR LIFE.
