THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      CLOUD...SOUTHERN REPUBLIC

AT 652 PM CST A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY A POLICE SPOTTER JUST
WEST OF JAMESTOWN MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.  THE TORNADO
IS MOVING TOWARDS KACKLEY IN REPUBLIC COUNTY.

THIS TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND AND CAUSING DAMAGE.  ALL PEOPLE
NEAR THIS DANGEROUS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  FIND
SHELTER BELOW GROUND LEVEL...IF `AT ALL POSSIBLE.
