WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTY
IN THE CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
SALINE
AT 537 PM CDT RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 TO 10 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF SALINA MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD GET INTO A REINFORCED SHELTER AND
PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN AND
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MAY PRODUCE LARGE
HAIL GREATER THAN 3/4 INCH IN DIAMETER...DESTRUCTIVE WINDS OF OVER
60 MPH AND HEAVY RAINS WHICH MAY FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS.
THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE ACROSS RESERVOIR RECREATIONAL
