000 TTAA00 KPNS 031516 SVRPNS FLC033-091-113-031615- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PENSACOLA FL 915 AM CST MON DEC 3 1990 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PENSACOLA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 AM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA ...SOUTHERN ESCAMBIA COUNTY...OKALOOSA COUNTY...SANTA ROSA COUNTY A SOLID LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS...SOME SEVERE...EXTENDED FROM NORTH SANTA ROSA COUNTY OF FLORIDA SOUTHWEST ACROSS SOUTH ESCAMBIA COUNTY THEN OUT OVER THE GULF. THIS LINE WAS MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST ABOUT 20 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE MOVING THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA THIS MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 55 MILES AN HOUR ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS. IF POSSIBLE...STAY INDOORS AND AWAY FROM WINDOWS UNTIL THE THUNDERSTORMS MOVE OUT OF THE AREA. A FEW TORNADO TOUCHDOWNS WERE REPORTED EARLIER OVER SOUTHWEST ALABAMA WITH THE PASSAGE OF THIS LINE. TORNADO WARNINGS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR SOME COUNTIES IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER SEVERE -THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
