THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1015 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF MISSOURI
      EASTERN OZARK...

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      HOWELL...

AT 905 PM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 30 MILES SOUTH-
WEST OF WEST PLAINS MISSOURI. THIS THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING EAST
AT 20 TO 30 MILES PER HOUR AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE CITY OF WEST
PLAINS BY 1000 PM CDT.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE FOR
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE
SHOULD MOVE TO SHELTER...PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING.  ONCE
INSIDE...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
