THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      SOUTHWEST TEXAS...

   IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF MISSOURI
      SOUTHERN WRIGHT...DOUGLAS...

AT 625 AM CDT SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 35 MLES SOUTHEAST
OF SPRINGFIELD NEAR AVA MISSOURI. THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE
EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. LARGE HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS ARE ASSOCIATED
WITH THESE STORMS.

WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE.
DO NOT STAND NEAR WINDOWS.  DO NOT USE TELEPHONES OR ELECTTRICAL
APPLIANCES.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM...PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL
