FLASH FLOODING IS ALREADY HAPPENING OR ABOUT TO HAPPEN. MOVE AWAY
FROM STREAMS OR WASHE S. HEAD FOR HIGHER GROUND. ON THE HIGHWAY...SLOW
DOWN AND KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT AHEAD FOR FLOODING.
