FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON ALONG THE ELK RIVER IN
SOUTHERN GILES AND LINCOLN COUNTIES OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE...INCLUDING
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE.
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION...PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIVES AND PROPERTY.
