THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ROCHESTER HAS ISSUED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA
          ...WESTERN LE SUEUR...NICOLLET
 
AT 615 AM RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED OVER
NORTHERN NICOLLET COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT
ABOUT 50 MPH. THIS STORM SHOULD PASS THROUGH THE CITIES OF LE SUEUR
AND NICOLLET BY ABOUT 645 AM. STRONG WINDS AND DAMAGING HAIL AS WELL
AS DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE CONTAINED IN THIS STORM.
 
 
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
STAY INSIDE AWAY FROM WINDOWS UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED.
