IN SOUTH ALABAMA

WEATHER RADAR AT MONTGOMERY SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
IN NORTHWEST COVINGTON COUNTY NORTHWEST OF RED LEVEL.
THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.


SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.

   AND SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...

ISOLATED PATCHES OF DENSE FOG ONCE AGAIN HAS FORMED OVER SECTIONS OF
COASTAL MISSISSIPPI AND ALABAMA.  VISIBILITIES IN THE FOG WAS DROPPING
BELOW A HALF OF MILE.

FOG SHOULD BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD BEFORE SUNRISE CAUSING DANGEROUS
DRIVING CONDITIONS.  MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH LIGHTS ON LOW BEAM
AND AT A SLOWER SPEED.

CONDITIONS SHOULD START TO IMPROVE AROUND 800 THIS MORNING.
