000 TTAA00 KMOB 100722 SVRMOB MSC111-100815- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MOBILE AL 121 AM CST SAT FEB 10 1990 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 215 AM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI ...PERRY COUNTY AT 120 AM A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED FROM LAUREL TO HATTIESBURG IN MISSISSIPPI. THE LINE WAS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 45 MPH. DAMAGE WAS JUST REPORTED IN JONES COUNTY MISSISSIPPI ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LINE. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. THE LINE WAS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 40 MPH WHILE THE INDIVIDUAL THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI BEFORE 200 AM. RESIDENTS OF THE AREA SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF SEVERE WEATHER AND REMAIN ALERT.
