THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER THE SOUTH PLAINS...SOME WITH LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 8 MILES NORTH
OF TOKIO IN NORTHERN YOAKUM COUNTY...2 MILES SOUTH OF WHITEFACE IN
SOUTHEAST COCHRAN COUNTY AND 8 MILES SOUTH OF LUBBOCK IN LUBBOCK
COUNTY.
