THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 945 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHERN ARTHUR

AT 835 PM MDT RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED IN
WESTERN ARTHUR COUNTY...ABOUT 60 MILES NORTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE
NEBRASKA.  THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT THE TOWN OF ARTHUR BY
850 PM MDT.  THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR STRONG DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY
