FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

HEAVY RAINS WERE MOVING INTO DEKALB AND ALLEN COUNTIES OF NORTHEAST
INDIANA. STREAMS WERE REPORTED AT BANKFUL IN BOTH OF THESE COUNTIES
AND WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL PUSH THEM ABOVE FLOOD STAGE.
 
PERSONS ALONG CEDAR CREEK IN DEKALB COUNTY AND ALONG SPY RUN CREEK AND
DITCHES IN ALLEN COUNTY SHOULD BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF
SHELTER AS WATERS RISE OVER BANKFUL.

THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
ONE...ON FOOT.  TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND.
