THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 215 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      MERCER

AT 115 PM EDT NATIONAL SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM ENTERING THE NORTHWEST PART OF MERCER COUNTY OHIO.
THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL REACH
THE CELINA AREA BY 130 PM EDT.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...FIND SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
