WIDESPREAD FLOODING OF ROADS AND CREEKS WAS STILL OCCURRING. POCKETS
OF HEAVIER RAIN WAS CONTINUING ACROSS THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS. THE RAIN
SHOULD BECOME LIGHTIER LATER THIS MORNING.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MhAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
