THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      HARDIN

AT 605 PM EDT A HAM RADIO OPERATOR NEAR ADA IN HARDIN COUNTY
OHIO REPORTED ONE INCH OF RAIN SINCE 530 PM EDT.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS NORTHERN HARDIN COUNTY. THE STORMS
WERE MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THQE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
