THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A URBAN AND SMALL 
STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN 
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      CHAMPAIGN...LOGAN

AT 520 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS
WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CHAMPAIGN AND LOGAN COUNTIES IN WESTERN
OHIO. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

A SKYWARN SPOTTER IN WEST LIBERTY IN SOUTHERN LOGAN COUNTY
REPORTED ONE INCH OF RAIN IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR. HEAVY RAIN
WILL CONTINUE ACROSS PARTS OF LOGAN AND CHAMPAIGN COUNTIES
UNTIL AROUND 7 PM EDT. THE ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE SOME
FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
