EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF KANSAS
      COWLEY...EASTERN SUMNER

AT 821 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS ON THE GROUND 1 1/2 MILES SOUTH OF
OXFORD. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

 THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY. DON/T HESITATE.
 A FEW SECONDS MIGHT SAVE YOUR LIFE.
