FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  200 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEW HAMPSHIRE
          ...WESTERN HILLSBOROUGH
 
HEAVY RAINS OVER THE LAST 24 HOURS HAVE CAUSED SMALL RIVERS AND
STREAMS TO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS. THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT REPORTED
WATER FLOWING OVER A SECTION OF ROUTE 31 BETWEEN GREENFIELD AND WILTON. 
MORE HEAVY RAINS WILL FALL DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS RESULTING
IN ADDITIONAL FLOODING PROBLEMS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
