   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      SOUTHERN ADAMS...SOUTHEAST BUFFALO...CLAY...NORTHERN 
      WEBSTER

AT 652 PM CDT A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED OVER KEARNEY NEBRASKA
MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
PEOPLE IN THE KEARNEY VICINITY SHOULD SEEK SHELTER AT THIS TIME.
ALSO...AT 653 A TORNADO WAS REPORTED TWO MILES SOUTH OF BLUE HILL
NEBRASKA...OR 20 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF HASTINGS.
THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
PEOPLE IN THE DEWEESE AND PAULINE VICINITIES SHOULD SEEK SHELTER
AT THIS TIME.
