THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHERN ADAMS...NORTHERN CLAY...SOUTHEAST HALL...
      SOUTHERN HAMILTON

AT 60 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO JUST SOUTH OF JUNIATA
NEBRASKA.  SEVERAL FUNNEL CLOUDS HAD BEEN REPORTED IN THE HASTINGS
AREA.
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
PEOPLE IN HASTINGS...DONIPHAN AND GILTNER AND VICINITIES SHOULD
SEEK SHELTER AT THIS TIME.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT
OR BELOW GROUND.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE
LOWEST FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED
BUILDING.
