THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1210  PM FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY IN

SOUTHCENTRAL TEXAS...VAL VERDE

AT 805 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN FROM 40
MILES SOUTHWEST TO 75 MILES NORTH OF DEL RIO. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING
TO THE NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

AT 800 AM CDT HUDSPETH RANCH...9 MILES SOUTHWEST OF JUNO...REPORTED
1.70 INCHES IF RAIN IN ONE AND ONE HALF HOURS. TERRELL PLANT...23
MILES NORTHWEST OF PANDALE...REPORTED 2.35. BAKERS CROSSING REPORTED
1.83. THE RIVER GAGE AT BAKERS CROSSING WAS AT 5.2 FEET AND RISING.
4.00 INCHES WERE REPORTED 30 MILES SOUTH OF OZONA.

BEGINS AT 155 AM SUNDAY MORNING.

THE WEATHER PATTERNS AFFECTING SOUTH TEXAS APPEAR TO BE RIGHT IN STEP
WITH THE CHANGE IN SEASONS.  A COLD FRONT WILL BE MOVING INTO SOUTH
CENTRAL TEXAS THIS AFTERNOON BRINGING THE FIRST TASTE OF FALL TO OUR AREA.
SKIES SHOULD CLEAR RAPIDLY BEHIND THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED
WITH THE FRONT LEAVING A REFRESHINGLY COOL AND DRY AIR MASS IN PLACE.
