FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  130 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
          ...EDWARDS...REAL
 
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH RAINFALLS NEAR 4 INCHES AN HOUR ARE
MOVING ACROSS EDWARDS AND REAL COUNTIES AT 20 MPH TO THE NORTHEAST.
HOWEVER MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDESTORMS ARE CONTINUING TO DEVELOP TO THE
WEST AND TRAVERSE THE SAME AREAS IN EDWARDS AND REAL COUNTIES. A
TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR REAL COUNTY UNTIL 4AM THURSDAY.

   EXCLUDING FAYETTE AND BURLESON COUNTIES ...

AROUND 530 PM RADAR SHOWED SCATTERED SHOWERS THROUGHTOUT CENTRAL
TEXAS. THE AREA OF COVERAGE IS INCREASING BUT RAINFALL REAMIN LIGHT.
MOVEMENT OF THE SHOWERS IS TO THE NORTH AT 25 MPH.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATER THIS EVENING
AND TONIGHT PRODUCING HEAAVY RAIN AND FLASH FLOODING.

PERSONS IN THE WATCH AREA ARE URGED TO MONITOR WEATHER DEVELOPMENTS AND BE
