FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 3 TO 4
INCHES HAVE FALLEN OVER KERR AND BANDERA COUNTIES DURING THE PAST 3
HOURS. HEAVY RAINS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE ALREADY RAIN
SOAKED AREA. MANY LOW WATER CROSSINGS ARE LIKELY FLOODED IN THESE
COUNTIES.
