NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KANSAS CITY INT'L AIRPORT MO
1029 PM CDT MON MAY 14 1990

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE WEST CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      ST CLAIR

AT 1015 PM CDT MARBLE SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED NEAR NEVADA
MISSOURI.  RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WEST OF
TABERVILLE MO WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 25 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
BUTLER MISSOURI.  THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST...NORTHEAST AT
25 MPH.  PERSONS IN ST. CLAIR COUNTY INCLUDING THE MAJOR CITY
OF OSCEOLA SHOULD MOVE TO SAFE SHELTER QUICKLY AND PREPARE FOR
SEVERE WEATHER.

IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA THREATENED BY THE STORM...GO TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...AND VERY HEAVY
RAIN.
