IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI

AT 230 STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING THOUGH CENTRAL MISSOURI. THESE
STORMS HAVE PRODUCED VERY HEAVY RAINS AND FLOODED ROADWAYS HAVE BEEN
REPORTED IN THE AREA.
 
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
