THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 215 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      MORGAN...CAMDEN...COLE

RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN CENTRAL MISSOURI.
THE CAMDEN COUNTY SHERIFF HAS REPORTED SEVERAL LOW WATER CROSSINGS
HAVE BEEN CLOSED DUE TO FLOOD WATERS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY.
MOVE TO HIGHERI GROUND.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOOD WATERS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
