THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS EXTENDED THE SMALL STREAM FLOOD
WARNING FOR STREAMS IN BRADFORD...LYCOMING...SULLIVAN AND TIOGA
COUNTIES OF NORTHCENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1200 AM EDT.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS INDICATE THAT RAINFALL HAS ALMOST
ENDED ACROSS NORTHCENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA. HOWEVER...RUNOFF FROM TODAYS
HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE TO CAUSE MINOR FLOODING ON MANY SMALL STREAMS AND
CREEKS.  SOME PRIMARY AND MANY SECONDARY ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED DUE TO
HIGH WATER. BRIDGES WERE WASHED OUT NEAR LITCHFIELD AND BURLINGTON IN
BRADFORD COUNTY.

A SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS
IMMINENT OR IS ALREADY OCCURRING.  TAKE NECESSARY SAFETY STEPS OR
PRECAUTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

TO REPORT FLOODING CALL THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY OR
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND ASK THEM TO RELAY YOUR REPORT TO THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.
