THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING
FOR LYCOMING AND LOYALSOCK CREEKS IN LYCOMING COUNTY EFFECTIVE UNTIL
1200 PM EDT.

RAPID RISES HAVE OCCURRED ALONG LOYALSOCK AND LYCOMING CREEKS BECAUSE
OF THE HEAVY RAIN OVERNIGHT.  MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING MAY BE
EXPECTED ON BOTH CREEKS AND THEIR FEEDER STEASMS THIS MORNING.

A SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS
IMMINENT OR IS ALREADY OCCURRING.  TAKE NECESSARY SAFETY STEPS OR
PRECAUTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
