THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING
FOR MUNCY CREEK IN LYCOMING COUNTY EFFECTIVE UNTIL 200 PM EDT.

MUNCY CREEK WAS NEAR BANKFUL AT 945 AM EDT.   MINOR TO MODERATE
FLOODING MAY BE EXPECTED ON MUNCY CREEK AND ITS FEEDER STEAMS THROUGH
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.

A SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT SMALL STREAM FLOODING IS
IMMINENT OR IS ALREADY OCCURRING.  TAKE NECESSARY SAFETY STEPS OR
