FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR MERCER AND LAWRENCE COUNTY UNTIL 300 PM EDT.

AT 1215 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS
RUNNING WEST TO EAST FROM NORTH OF WARREN OHIO TO NORTH OF DUBOIS
PENNSYLVANIA.  THE STONGEST CELLS ARE OVER NORTHERN MERCER COUNTY
PENNSYLVANIA.  MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS WAS EAST SOUTHEAST AT 30O MPH.

THESE STORMS CAN PROUDUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1.5 INCHES IN A COUPLE OF HOURS HAVE BEEN REPORTED
WITH THESE STORMS.

EXTENDING ACROSS NORTHERN ASHLAND AND NORTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY TO THE
CENTRAL PART OF CRAWFORD COUNTY. THEY THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT 25 MPH.

THESE THURNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY POUND THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS UNTIL
2PM EDT.

STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND PONDING OF WATER IS LIKELY. BE PREPARD TO
MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES.
